30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your REVIVO Hand Massager for a full refund. No questions asked. We believe in our product and want you to experience the relief with zero risk.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original packaging (or reasonable packaging for safe return).
  • The product must not be intentionally damaged or misused.

Note: We understand that you need to use the product to evaluate it. Used products in good condition are absolutely eligible for return within the 30-day window.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our support team will respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Pack the product securely and ship it using the provided label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and should appear in your PayPal account within 24 hours.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or bundle, please initiate a return and place a new order.

2-Year Warranty

All REVIVO products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 2 years of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents or negligence
